Tokyo & Hokkaido - December 2015

Hokkaido to Tokyo https://www.facebook.com/marliyana.mn/posts/10156240481720214 Today is all about moving from Hokkaido back to Tokyo. Eat sleep eat sleep eat sleep. Zzzzzzzz Shiroi Koibito. Hokkaido University. Mt Moiwa. https://www.facebook.com/marliyana.mn/posts/10156251225725214 Part II of yesterday, abit more of the tour at Shiroi Koibito, then went to Hokkaido University to find halal food. Found it afteral but it was already closed... Saddddded. So we trekked over to find Warung Jawa for some rendang nearby. At night, we went to Mt Moiwa, yayyyy a mountain finally!!! Was so disappointed with Mt Fuji the other time... Disneyland & Disneysea https://www.facebook.com/marliyana.mn/posts/10156262378125214 Never dreamt that I'd ever be in Disneyland/sea, Japan somemore! But it was something I looked forward to from the moment I decided to go Japan. I like how Disney mottos centers around dreams... And the set design certainly strived to make people's dreams come true! They really pay attention to all the details!!! Having been a props manager for some plays during my poly days, I understand the thought that goes through set design and oh boy, whoever were on charge for Disney must be very resourceful! On another note, Being the dreamy pieces as people put it, I really enjoyed myself here. Though I wish the rides were more terror and longer like human or cyclone at USS!! Looking forward to visit Cinderella's castle at Disneyland today! (need to find my prince who's cooped up there and refuse to come out remember?) Hope I get to take pics with the characters as I used to do when I was young! My mum would bring me to Marine Parade to take pics with the characters and watch their performances, so going to Disney really madr me go down memory lane. What began as a 2-person trip turned into another solo trip as my friend backed out after all the research is done. Reason unknown. Just... stopped replying my messages altogether. So when Singles Day came, I knew that's probably the last day to get a decent price (by then like all prices have shot up up and away!) so I made a decision solo pon solo lah, ada hikmahnya insyaAllah.
